Single to relationship...

One-minute life is about partying, having fun, and enjoying being single.  Then the next minute a significant other comes into the picture and there's a transition from single to in a relationship. Being single comes with many perks like the freedom to flirt, only have to focus on yourself, and you don't have to put up with anyone else bad habits. Making that change to commit to a relationship comes with better perks most of the time.  You now have someone to depend on and have your back, stability, and someone there to listen.
When I was single I would flirt a lot because I knew I could and no one could stop me.  I didn't have anyone to attend to, what I did with my time was my business and the same with my money.  Being single all I really had to do was think about just me and keep myself happy.  Now I've been in a relationship for almost a year and many things have changed. My boyfriend was once nothing to me, now he has become such a big part of my life. If I need anything he's the first person I call, I express my good or bad feelings to him, and he holds all of my secrets. Learning how to make time for another person, spend money on them, and make them happy as well as yourself, can be hard in the beginning, but it's all worth it in the end when you have a parent right next to you every step of the way.
There will come many obstacles when entering a relationship, but it will only make you stronger. When I was single people were use to me hanging out with them all the time, but now that I’m in a relationship that changed and some friend were lost.  “Before you try to change others, remember how hard it is to change yourself.” Relationships can be very hard to transition into because you’re so set on doing things your way, but it’s all about seeing things someone else way.

Once you’re in a relationship it seems like now everyone wants you. During these situations you have to stay strong because they don’t want you for you, they only want you because someone else has you.  The change from being single to being in a relationship may seem hard, but at the end of the day it’s a very rewarding change in life.

Highschool to College

Change forces us to grow; it’s what keeps us developing as people. Change is often very difficult to deal with, even if the changes in life are for the better.  Some people hate change because it can represent the end of some things, which can trigger all types of emotions.  On the other hand you have those who accept change very well. They may believe it could be a new start and new potential to grab a hold to, like me.  Whether it’s a good or bad change, change always presents huge adjustments in our lives.
After graduating high school, going away to college is a big change.  Your relationships with people become harder to keep and friends start to disappear.  In high school everything was a breeze compared to college.  In high school you would always be on a timely schedule and would actually have to show up to class.  Once out of high school everything you did was up to you, like making sure you would wake up and get to class on time.  In high school you could get one on one time with the teacher because it would only be 25 to 30 students in a class, but in college there could be anywhere from 50 to 200 students.
The change from high school to college is hard, but not impossible.  It’s apart of growing up and started a successful life of your own.

My first big change

Everyone goes through a change big or small. About two years ago I went through what I thought was the biggest change of my life.  I moved to Virginia in the middle of my sophmore year of high school.  I knew a time like that would come sooner or later because I was an army brat.  I wasn't a oridinary army brat though, because many kids moved every three years, but  stayed in one place all my life.  Once my parents told me we were moving, so many emotions went shooting through my head.  I was so upset at the fact that I had to leave all my friends I knew since elementary and a boy I was becoming very close with.  At the age of fifteen those things seem to be all that really mattered to me, so i couldn't believe i was going to have to start all over.
